The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center by the FlyLight Project Team and Heather Dionne, Howard Hughes Medical Institute, Janelia Research Campus.
P{SLC5A11-p65.AD.D} is composed of a 1.3 kb regulatory region from SLCA11 driving expression of the Hsap\RELA (p65) activation domain fused to the Zip+ heterodimerizing leucine zipper. The 1.3 kb fragment of SLC5A11 is similar to the 1.1 kb fragment used in P{SLC5A11-GAL4.1.1} (FBtp0084568).
P{SLC5A11-p65.AD.D}attP40 is a viable insertion on the second chromosome into attP40 (FBti0114379).
P{SLC5A11-p65.AD.D}JK22C is a homozygous viable and fertile insertion on the second chromosome into JK22C (FBti0201352).
