The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Stock Center by Nick Brown, University of Cambridge.
M{UASp-mGFP6.mito.TagRFP} is identical to the constructs generated for the work described in Maartens et al. (2016; FBrf0234127) such as M{UASp-Vinc.FL-mito.TagRFP} except the mGFP6 sequence was substituted for Vinc sequences. It expresses a fusion protein consisting of mGFP6, TagRFP and the mito(actA) mitochondrion-localization sequence under UASp control.
M{UASp-mGFP6.mito.TagRFP}ZH-51D is an insertion into M{3xP3-RFP.attP}ZH-51D at 51D9,  2R:15054298  (R6).
