For AstC01, the nucleotide changes behind the CF to LK amino acid change are from TGCTTT to TTGAAG.
For pain4, the deletion (+1877-2660) is calculated from starting codon ATG in the gene region instead of the CDS. The attached file contains the sequence of the region surrounding the deletion and the inserted sequenced in pain4.
