The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Stock Center by Rick Fehon, University of Chicago.
P{UAS-myc.cora} expresses cora protein with an N-terminal myc tag under UAS control. The cora coding sequence corresponds to splice variant 1 as described in Fehon et al. (1994; http://flybase.org/reports/FBrf0073060.html).
P{UAS-myc.cora}m5-1 is a second chromosome insertion.
P{UAS-myc.cora}m2-1 is a homozygous viable and fertile, third chromosome insertion.
P{Ubi-myc.cora.1-383} is identical to P{UAS-cora.1-383. T:Myc } except for the substitution of ubiquitin regulatory sequences for UAS.
P{Ubi-myc.cora.1-383}m36 is a homozygous and hemizygous viable and fertile, X chromosome insertion.
