The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Stock Center by Rick Fehon, University of Chicago.
PBac{Moe.GFP.471} contains the entire Moe genomic sequence with GFP sequence inserted between the codons for amino acids 471 and 472 of the PD isoform (...HHHVAE-GFP-DENENE...). It was generated by recombineering a Bac clone.
PBac{Moe.GFP.471}VK00031 is an insertion into PBac{y+-attP-3B}VK00031 at 62E1,  3L:2395487 .
