The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Stock Center by Rick Fehon, University of Chicago.
PBac{Ubi-kibra.DeltaaPKC.GFP.FLAG} expresses kibra protein lacking amino acids Arg982 to Ala1046 with C-terminal GFP and FLAG tags under the control of ubiquitin regulatory sequences. It was used in experiments described in Tokamov et al. (2023) Developmental Cell  58:1864 –1879.
PBac{UAS-kibra.DeltaaPKC.GFP.FLAG} is an identical construct except UASt was substituted for ubiquitin regulatory sequences.
PBac{Ubi-kibra.DeltaaPKC.GFP.FLAG}VK00037 is an insertion into PBac{y+-attP-3B}VK00037 at 22A3,  2L:1582820  (R6).
PBac{UAS-kibra.DeltaaPKC.GFP.FLAG}VK00031 is an insertion into PBac{y+-attP-3B}VK00031 at 62E1,  3L:2395487  (R6).
