teyΔRNF.sfGFP(originally named teyΔ.M2-1.sfGFP) is a deletion between the beginning of exon 4 and the beginning of exon 8 of tey, in which the deleted portion is replaced by the coding sequence of super folder GFP.
Additionally, there is a short duplication of sequences between the C-terminus of the coding sequence for sf-GFP and the tey C-terminal sequences from exon 8:
