Description

Deletion of part of the tey transcription unit, together with insertion of sequence encoding sfGFP. This results in a tey protein in which a large central portion of the protein (including the RNF domain) has been replaced with a sfGFP tag.

Deletion between the beginning of exon 4 and the beginning of exon 8 of tey, in which the deleted portion is replaced by the coding sequence of sfGFP. In addition, there is a short duplication of sequences between the C-terminus of the coding sequence for sfGFP and the tey C-terminal sequences from exon 8.
