pbltum1           Harbors an EMS induced mutation P596L.
pbltum2           Harbors an EMS induced mutation A755T.
pbltum3           Harbors an EMS induced mutation causing frame-shift at K761 followed by 13 random amino acid residues.
P{UASp-pbl.tumH.FLAG}              Expresses a mutant pbl with a single amino acid substitution T758P under UAS control. This change is equivalent to a T802P change in the human ECT2 gene (a variant identified in human cancers). The coding sequence is tagged with FLAG.
P{UASp-pbl.tum3.FLAG}               Expresses a mutant pbl lacking the C-terminal 92 amino acid residues (corresponds to pbltum3). The coding sequence is tagged with FLAG.
