The following is molecular information regarding Smurf, omd and IntS9 deletion and rescue alleles.
The omdL26 deleted region coordinates are:  3R:13681656..13683182 .
omdL211 deletes the entire omd coding and part of Lkb1 (not mapped): ~ - 3R:13 ,683,182.
The omd+t4.5 rescue fragment coordinates are:  3R:13679430..13683940 .
The IntS9ex3 deleted region coordinates are: ~ 3L:16103155..16105592 . The left boundary is a best appoximation.
SmurfDelta4 is a 4 nt deletion as shown below:
