The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center by Jianzhi Zheng and Yulong Li, Peking University.
PBac{10XUAS-GRAB(Ado1.1m)} expresses the GRAB(Ado1.1m) adenosine sensor under the control of 10xUAS sequences.
GRAB(Ado1.1m) is an optimized sensor based on the Ado1.0 backbone described in PMID:32883833, with two mutations introduced into the coding sequence (one into the circularly permuted fluorescent protein and the other into the A2AR sequence).
P{10XUAS-GRAB(cATP1.0)} expresses the GRAB(cATP1.0) ATP sensor under the control of 10xUAS sequences.
GRAB(cATP1.0) is an ATP sensor with a design similar to GRAB(ATP1.0) in PMID:3494216, but in GRAB(cATP1.0) a circularly permuted enhanced GFP (cpEGFP) flanked by linkers is inserted into the chicken P2Y1 gene.
PBac{10XUAS-GRAB(Ado1.1m)}VK00005 is an insertion on the third chromosome into VK00005.
P{10XUAS-GRAB(cATP1.0)}attP40 is an insertion on the second chromosome into attP40.
