The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center by Tjalda Falt and Lisa Fenk, Max Planck Institute for Biological Intelligence. 
P{20xUAS-Caprola5(on)-EGFP} expresses a constitutively active variant of the Caprola5 sensor (referred to as Caprola 'on' in PMID:38386755) under the control of 20xUAS.
P{20xUAS-Caprola5(off)-EGFP} expresses an inactive variant of the Caprola5 sensor (referred to as Caprola 'off' in PMID:38386755) under the control of 20xUAS.
P{20xUAS-Caprola5(on)-EGFP}attP40 is an insertion on the second chromosome into attP40.
P{20xUAS-Caprola5(off)-EGFP}attP40 is an insertion on the second chromosome into attP40.
