PBac{UAS-koi.Nterm.EGFP} expresses amino acids 1-441 of the koi PB isoform tagged at the N-terminus with EGFP under the control of UAS regulatory sequences. Generated using the same construct as 'pUASTattb_KoiNterm-N-GFP' in FBrf0238699.
PBac{UAS-koi.Nterm.EGFP}VK00037 is a homozygous viable and fertile insertion on the second chromosome into VK00037 (FBti0076455).
