The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center by Elisabeth Knust, Max Planck Institute of Molecular Cell Biology and Genetics.
P{tub-sas.Cherry} expresses tagged sas under the control of tubulin for marking apical membranes. The sas low complexity region (amino acids 1092-1244) has been replaced by Cherry. This construct was made in a similar fashion to P{tub-sas.Venus} made in FBrf0221215.
P{tub-sas.Cherry}1 is an insertion on the X chromosome.
P{tub-sas.Eos} expresses tagged sas under the control of tubulin for marking apical membranes. The sas low complexity region (amino acids 1092-1244) has been replaced by the photoactivatable fluor, Eos. This construct was made in a similar fashion to P{tub-sas.Venus} made in FBrf0221215.
P{tub-sas.Eos}2 is a homozygous viable and fertile insertion on second chromosome.
P{tub-sas.PAGFP} expresses tagged sas under the control of tubulin for marking apical membranes. The sas low complexity region (amino acids 1092-1244) has been replaced by the photoactivatable PA-GFP tag. This construct was made in a similar fashion to P{tub-sas.Venus} made in FBrf0221215.
P{tub-sas.PAGFP}2 is a homozygous viable insertion on the second chromosome.
