The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center by Justin Bosch and Norbert Perrimon, Harvard Medical School.
These lines were generated by inserting a sfGFP into the 3' coding sequence of the gene using CRISPR/Cas9 and HDR to create a C-terminal GFP tagged protein.
