The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center by Xuelin Li and Yulong Li, Peking University.
P{10XUAS-GRAB(rACh1h)} expresses the acetylcholine sensor, rACh1h, under UAS control.
P{10XUAS-GRAB(rACh1h)}attP40 is a viable insertion on the second chromosome into attP40 (FBti0114379).
The GRAB-ACh4.0 series sensors (ACh4l, ACh4m, and ACh4h) were all developed based on the human M3R (CHRM3) receptor, the same as GRAB-ACh3.0. The circularly permuted fluorescent protein in all three sensors is cpEGFP. The three sensors  (ACh4l, ACh4m, and ACh4h) have low, medium and high affinity to acetylcholine respectively.
