An Sg4 cell line containing a phiC31:int docking site at at 3R:8 ,106,183 for use in targeted integration. The docking site consists of a P-element transposon which carries a GFP reporter driven by an Act5C promoter, flanked by phiC31:int attP sites. It is identical to the docking site found in the Kc167-PP series.
