In the wing pouch, EcollacZaos-05959 is expressed in presumptive wing veins L3, L4, and L5, and in two stripes parallel to the D/V compartment boundary; no expression is observed in haltere pouch. EcollacZaos-05959 is expressed in the presumptive hinge and notum of both the wing and haltere discs.
