P5\'RB18.10-18 is at the distal break in In(1)RB10-18 (10F/18D).In(1)RB10-18 breaks within P{RB18}, leaving the tra+ sequences intact, but transposing them so that sequences from 10F are now 5\' of the tra gene.(Order: 10F sequences:tra gene:P5 \':18D sequences.) Results in increased levels of tra activity.
