ScerGAL4cb38 drives expression in embryonic somatic musculature, CNS, PNS, and antenno-maxillary complex, in the larval central nervous system including the brain, in all imaginal discs, and in the adult testis. During oogenesis, ScerGAL4cb38 drives expression in terminal filaments and/or female germline stem cells, oocytes at stages S10-14, and in follicle stem cells in the germarium region 2.
