FlyORF insertion lines from the FlyORF-3, FlyORF-VN and FlyORF-VNshort collections, which all contain an FRT5 site in between their promoter and ORF and which are inserted at the M{3xP3-RFP.attP}ZH-86Fb docking site, are compatible for in vivo exchange using the M{FlyORF-TaDa}ZH-86Fb insertion. The in vivo-exchange is catalyzed by FLP recombinase and results in a converted FlyORF line in which UASt regulatory sequences drive expression a Targeted DamID (TaDa) line of the ORF.
