The FRT cassette in TI{TI}FRT101F-DsRed+ has been excised, removing the Disc\RFPDsRed(T1).3xP3.cHa marker (and surrounding loxP sites) and leaving a single FRT site in its place. A minimal attP site is also present, centromere-proximal to the remaining FRT site; this attP site has not been tested for integration of integration of attB site-containing plasmid sequence.
