The FRT cassette in TI{FRT.Tub.GAL80.O}101F-DsRed+ has been excised, removing the Disc\RFPDsRed(T1).3xP3.cHa marker (and surrounding loxP sites) and leaving a single FRT site in its place. Sequence encoding Scer\GAL80αTub84B.PL is still present, centromere-distal to the remaining FRT site.
