ASAP2s is a genetically encoded fluorescent voltage indicator. It was generated by introducing amino acid substitution R415Q into ASAP1. ASAP2s shows improved voltage responsiveness and a slower off-rate than ASAP1 (FBrf0236622). For detailed kinetic and spectral properties, see FBrf0236622.
