pmLUC(pHins) is a pH insensitive luciferase derived by mutagenesis from the luciferase encoded by the Pyrocoelia matsumurai LUC gene. pmLUC(pHins) contains amino acid replacements E355R, V367A, I424L and K446Q relative to the wild-type LUC sequence (FBrf0245869).
