F-Tractin is a peptide that binds filamentous actin. It corresponds to the actin binding domain of the Rattus norvegicus Itpka gene (RGD:619950). F-Tractin can be used to visualize actin dynamics in vivo, for example by fusing it to an appropriate fluorescent protein (FBrf0225977), or to target a tagged protein of interest to the actin cytoskeleton.
