iNap1 is genetically encoded fluorescent sensor for NADPH. It is a fusion protein composed of circularly permuted yellow fluorescent protein inserted into the NADH-binding domain of Rex protein from Thermus aquaticus (UniProtKB:Q9X2V5). It was generated by mutagenesis of the SoNar NADH sensor. iNap1 has high selectivity towards NADPH (PMID:28581494).
