Description

Agam\en cDNA is expressed from an en minimal promoter and homing EcoRI-BamHI fragment (from -2.407 to +212bp) and an XbaI fragment of en 3' sequences. The en promoter fragment includes 2.6kb of regulatory DNA that causes transposons to home to the endogenous en gene at high frequencies.
