Includes the Adh coding region and 3' flanking region to 640bp downstream of the polyadenylation signal. 5' flanking region from -5000bp (where 0 is the location of the distal promoter) to -1845bp is fused to -660bp, with the result that part of the the Adh Larval Enhancer is deleted.
