Construct: Includes the Adh coding region and 3' flanking region to 640bp downstream of the polyadenylation signal. 5' flanking region from -5000bp (where 0 is the location of the distal promoter) to -660bp, including the Adh Larval Enhancer, is fused to -187bp from the proximal promoter.
