Description

Construct: Larval enhancer is fused directly to -386 of the proximal promoter, deleting the adult enhancer and the distal promoter.

Includes the Adh coding region and 3' flanking region to 640bp downstream of the polyadenylation signal. 5' flanking region from -5000bp (where 0 is the location of the distal promoter) to -660bp, including the Adh Larval Enhancer, is fused to -386bp from the proximal promoter.

Deletion extends from -660 to +328 from the distal transcript start site.
