Description

In frame fusion of su(wa) from coordinate 1 to 1045, within the 5' ORF, to a lacZ coding segment followed by a su(wa) segment from coordinate 980 to about 7900. This fusion includes the lacZ stop codon and su(wa) polyadenylation signal.
