Description

Transgenic construct used in an enhancer-blocking assay to study insulator function. A 1.7kb scs sequence has been inserted into P{wRW}, in between the w enhancer and w coding sequences. In addition, 530bp of the intervening sequence between the w enhancer w promoter has been deleted.
