Description

Transgenic construct used to study the scs insulator. A sub-fragment from the 1.7kb scs sequence, which also contains a deletion of the central A/T-rich nuclease resistant DNA segment, has been inserted into P{wRW}, in between the w enhancer and w coding sequences.
