Reference

The awd reporterconstruct line EcollacZawd.PT drives EcollacZ expression according tothe awd expression pattern. Expression is detected in the wing pouch regionof the wing discs, with highest levels detected in third instar larvae. Theawd reporter construct is also expressed in the pupal wing and is restrictedto the follicel cells in developing oocytes.
