Reporter gene expression is observedin all the cells of the larval salivary glands. A highly specific, segmentally repeated pattern of staining was observed in the larval CNS,which is identical to that seen with a RopFBtr0091350:pb-XREcollacZ line. Staining islimited to ganglion mother cells and cell that have already completedtheir divisions. In adult males, expression is observed in the testis incyst cells. In the female reproductive system, staining is apparent in allcells including nurse cells, follicle cells and the oocytes.
