Construct: Contains Sgs3 sequence from -2.7kb relative to the start site to +10bp on the Sgs3 leader (which also contains the Sgs7 coding region), fused to the Adh coding region. Nucleotide substitution: G-53C (in the Sgs3 regulatory region). Sgs3 sequence from -31bp to +9bp is replaced by Hsp70 sequence from -33bp to +7bp.
