Construct: 2.3kb Asp718-SalI fs(1)K10 fragment (nucleotides 1-3112 including the nurse cell enhancer/promoter, the entire protein coding region and the first 65 nucleotides of the 3' UTR) fused to an EcoRV-StuI bcd fragment (nucleotides 4099-4732) of the bcd 3' UTR and DraI-PstI fragment of fs(1)K10 containing the last 133 nucleotides of the 3' UTR.
