Construct: The sequence (nucleotide 584) GAA-ATC has been replaced by the sequence GAG-AAC-AAC-ATG. This changes E(125)IT of the osk protein to E(125)NNMT so that the I126 codon of the original sequence is mutated to a start codon with the translation initiation start of M139.
