Description

46bp of Ubx upstream sequence (which includes a putative TATA box) and 1kb unspliced Ubx RNA leader sequence fused to the lacZ gene. The resulting hybrid protein includes the first seven putative amino acids from the Ubx protein at its N-terminal end.
