Transgenic construct used in an enhancer blocking assay. Generated by inserting a 1.3kb XbaI fragment from the intergenic spacer region of the 87A7 heat shock locus into the XbaI site between the Yp1 enhancer element and the Hsp70 promoter in P{Yp1-lacZ.G2}.
