Description

Transgenic construct used in an enhancer blocking assay; used to study the properties of scs. Generated by inserting a 1.8kb BamHI-BglII scs insulator sequence in parallel transcriptional orientation into the XbaI site between the Yp1 enhancer element and the Hsp70 promoter in P{Yp1-lacZ.G2}.
