Construct: Contains an EcoRI-SalI Sgs3e fragment encoding upstream regulatory sequences (which also includes the Sgs7For coding region), Sgs3e promoter sequence, and sequence encoding the first two codons of Sgs3e fused to the Ocun\β-glob coding region at -9bp. This results in an out-of-frame fusion relative to the Sgs3e initiation codon.
