Description

sev promoter and 3 tandem copies of the sev enhancer drive expression of a truncated form of Ser that ends just downstream of the transmembrane domain (amino acids 1-1269 are present). The coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with Tag:VSV-G. The encoded protein acts a dominant-negative.
