Construct: Fragment containing the Lcp2F allele with 1113bp upstream sequence, including 842bp normally found in wild-type Lcp2 and the entire 266bp sequence of one HMS-Beagle long terminal repeat (LTR) (originating from the HMS-Beagle element inserted into the TATA box of the associated Lcp3n1 allele), and 550bp of Lcp2 downstream sequence.
