Description

sev promoter and 3 tandem copies of the sev enhancer drive expression of a membrane-attached form of the Delta intracellular domain (the protein is a fusion of the signal peptide and transmembrane domains of N fused to Delta amino acids 619-832). The coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with three copies of Tag:MYC.
