Construct: Two copies of a 194bp fragment from the intergenic region between Sgs7 and Sgs8 (-236bp to -43bp relative to Sgs7) are inserted upstream of the Sgs3 promoter sequences of AdhSgs3.GOA.13, in the same orientation as in the endogenous Sgs8 gene.
