Description

Transgenic construct used in an enhancer-blocking assay to analyze the iab-7PRE element of the bithorax complex and its ability to form a chromatin domain boundary. Derived from P{wRW+we}; a AatII-XbaI fragment of the iab-7PRE has been inserted between the w enhancer and w transcription unit.
