Description

Transgenic construct used in an enhancer-blocking assay to analyze the Fab-7 element of the bithorax complex and its ability to form a chromatin domain boundary. Derived from P{wRW+we}; a 3.35kb Fab-7 element has been inserted between the w enhancer and w transcription unit.
