Description

Transgenic construct used in an enhancer-blocking assay to analyze the Fab-7 element of the bithorax complex and its ability to form a chromatin domain boundary. Derived from P{wRW+we}; a 1.7kb truncated Fab-7 element (NcoI-ApaI fragment) has been inserted between the w enhancer and w transcription unit.
